Lots of inspiring and creative ideas about street art and guerilla art tactics with full of techniques and how-to recipes for getting your art out into the world in unexpected ways. The book also shows how small artistic acts can start a revolution ! By leaving art and ideas in public places, you can affect someone’s day, change their mood or their mind, and maybe even change the world in the process! I wanted to thank Matthew Vickerstaff for sending me loads of his lovely stickers. I will use them well ! I met Matt via a secret group on facebook he created which I joined last year – it’s mainly about dark and twisted artwork, networking and creative meet ups. I have seen and discovered some really great artists in that group. I have always loved stickers since I was a kid and have I always loved Sticker art (or sticker bombing) which is a form of street art in which an image or message is publicly displayed. When I was living in Marseille in the early nineties I remember doing many DIY anti-nazi and anti-Lepen (french National Front leader back in those days) stickers and putting them everywhere in the streets. Since I have done several ones over the years for DOSEprod and used them a lot in Bristol and Edinburgh and often do some sticker bombing all over places I visit and go to. If you have some cool stickers and would like to exchange some with mine ! let’s trade !! email me and I’ll send 5 over to you and in return you can send me 5 of yours. Great fun huh ??
